Chunky Vegetables Trini Style

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 tsp grated garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp all purpose seasoning
3 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Vegetables of choice ( I used broccoli, cauliflower, baby corn, sweet peppers, shiitake mushrooms and carrots)
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Method:
(1) Add 2 tsp sesame oil to pot on medium/ high heat
(2) Add grated garlic to hot oil and stir
(3) Add ginger juice
(4) Add vegetables
(5) Add soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, oyster sauce and all purpose seasoning
(6) When vegetables are fully cooked then add in cornstarch mixture (cornstarch and water) to thicken
(7) Allow to cook for one more minute
(8) Serve
