310g of milk
3 egg yolks
60g of sugar
30g corn starch
1,5 sheet of gelatine
150g hazelnut praline paste
140g unsalted butter

For Gianduia recipe
120g milk chocolate - very good quality -
40g hazelnut paste - unsweetened
