This video shows the in depth process of how to create a Dutch Pour fluid painting. I used yellow, red and black on 12 x 12 canvas. For every color shown there is roughly 1 part acrylic paint and 4 parts Floetrol in a 16 oz cup. This mixture doesn’t have to be exact. So, if you put more or less Floetrol or have different cup sizes it is ok. The most important thing is that you have enough paint mixture to cover the canvas and that the color is bold. I use popsicle sticks or a reusable spoon to stir my paint mixture and I would keep a hand rag or paper towel around to wipe paint off your hands as you go.
