This gentle exercise helps strengthen feet, toes, ankles and arches takes only 5 minutes and is based on learning from how eagles use their feet and eagle grip strength. Helpful exercise for how to reduce foot pain, bunions, neuropathy exercises for legs and feet, Morton's neuroma, and for improving standing balance based on Feldenkrais Method® and learning movements from nature-- and in this lesson we learn from the eagle walking on the ground to develop our human version of eagle grip strength!
