This is a 60-minute, advanced vinyasa yoga class (with options for intermediate students). This class begins with a warm-up and some slower holds (3-5 breaths). From there, it moves into a breath-to-movement flow. This class has sequences that flow into inversions and arm-balances. The option to skip the advanced poses is always there!
