She credits Stephanie Soo for the idea. The tutorial on how to make this she figured it out on her own. The step by step process, was her idea on peeling the bell pepper to make sure the flour sticks. This new creation is the best creation she has made so far as a co creator. She is so happy to be able to share her knowledge on hot to make this hot cheetoh cup / bowl . Made out of Bell peppers, egg wash, flour, crushed hot cheetos from the food processor and of course hot cheetos. She then puts super 2x spicy korean ramen noodles called Samyang in them to add the filling.
