This is a resistance training class that has dynamic strength movements as well as the deep core work of Pilates.
Body Strong re-invents strength training based on the latest science of how the body moves to strengthen both muscle and fascia at the same time. Pilates consists of moving through a slow, sustained series of exercises using abdominal control and proper breathing. The quality of each posture is more important than the number of repetitions or how energetically you can move.
This fusion is low-impact and will build strength for all fitness levels by challenging the muscles.
