@Distorted_Light creates a Dalek Mothership lamp from Doctor Who

Doctor Who has been one of the most celebrated sci-fi TV series known, and the Daleks are arguably one of the most feared and formidable alien foes ever created.
I wanted to create a lamp of something from the series, and the go-to idea was the (too obvious) Police Box, the TARDIS.
But I don’t like easy…
So I found and bought an STL file of the Dalek Mothership, created beautifully by Studio Egan in 2019, and got my 3D creator Adam Lock of The 3rd Dimension UK to make changes that allowed the transformation into a lamp.
He created the base for me from scratch, but I am toying with asking him to create a different version which I have in mind.
Anyway, this is a gentle build process video for all you folk who appreciate how things develop. Enjoy!
