Ingredients chiffon size 17cm (2)
Egg yolk size L (7)
Milk 90ml
Chocolate 146g
Cacao powder 10g
Salad oil 51g
Water 10g
White egg 220g (size L 7)
Sugar 85g
Lime 6ml or lemon juice 8ml
👉Bake 170°C 45 minutes
Note:
👉Don't mix for too long → Let the air out → Flat cake
👉Remove from the oven immediately, turn out immediately, don't let the cake shrink
👉Let it cool for at least 1–2 hours

👉ដកចេញពីឡភ្លាម ផ្កាប់ភ្លាម កុំអោយនំស្រក
