Here's our after work fishing trip down to Turakina on the west coast of New Zealand's North Island.
Sadly it was too weedy for the bait canon but the kontiki long line made it past all the grass in the surf.
Dinner was provided by Jase and he cooked it in his Dutch Oven over the coals.
We came away with three good Snapper.
