After finishing the first recording, I spoke with my wife, who felt a strong calling to cook a big pot of soup and deliver it to the homeless and addicts in downtown Calgary. That moment reminded me of something beautiful I had forgotten to include, an experience the morning after EoE, on Monday, when I gave my breakfast to a homeless person.

That simple act revealed something profound: when you truly connect with someone outside yourself, especially those society often overlooks, your own mental suffering begins to dissolve. Service, in its purest form, becomes a doorway out of self-centeredness and suffering.
