I've been a card-carrying member of The Satanic Temple since May of 2015. It helped me shape more progressive views, find community, and eventually bolstered my recovery from drugs and alcohol. I've met some of the most amazing, intelligent, forward-thinking people I've ever met and I'm proud to call them my friends and supports. Today, I gave up my membership and am moving on with some of these folks in a new and exciting direction.
