A mimosa may be your go-to at brunch, but many other options exist. Whether you’re eating something sweet or sticking to savory, you’ll learn about wines that wash your meal down wonderfully. Falk College’s Torrey Grant ’97, who teaches the incredibly popular “Beer and Wine Appreciation” class at Syracuse University, will lead us in an optional virtual sampling of several wines at various price points: Ayala Brut Champagne ($39.99), Ravines Dry Riesling ($15.69) and Mollydooker "The Boxer" Shiraz ($24.99). Whatever you have in your glass during our program, learn some fun tips and facts about brunch beverages.
