Jamaican Ackee and Saltfish

Hi today we are making Jamaica's National dish ACKEE AND SALTFISH!!!!
Ingredients:
One can of your favourite brand of ackee or fresh ackee
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 yellow bell pepper ( you can use whichever colour you like)
1/4 red or white onion
black pepper to taste
1/2lb salted cod
one small scotch bonnet pepper
3 spring of thyme
1/4 tomato
2 tablespoon of oil
Directions:
1. Start with boiling the cod fish two or three times depending on how salty the cod is ( once you bring the cod to a boil for 5 minutes pour off the water and add fresh water and boil, repeat twice).
2. De-done and flake the saltfish
3. Cut (Juilenn) the bell peppers and onion
4. Heat oil of chose and saute tomatoes, scotch bonnet pepper, bell peppers, onion until tender
5. Add flaked saltfish , fresh or canned ackee and black pepper
6. Toss carefully and allow to cook on low heat for two minutes
