This used Yamaha U2 serial number of 909749 was manufactured by Yamaha Japan in approximately 1969. Built to stand the test of time, this is a beautiful piano to play. Its external mahogany cabinet shows some signs of general wear & tear, with some fading, which are reflected in the extremely low price, see in the images. Interestingly, instead of having legs separate to the main body this piano has side panels that look elegant and give extra stability and tonal resonance to your sound, I think this is a great idea and I like to the look too. Internally, there are no issues, it is at concert pitch, clean and tidy and in great condition. The keyboard in nice and responsive, well balanced with nice tonal changes on touch and a rich tone overall. I think this piano is great to play and excellent value for money.
