She shares strategies on how to overcome obstacles in the workplace that many Black women face. Chanelle S. Reynolds is the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Lead at the Washington Commanders, the first person to ever have this role. 8 years ago she started her career as an account executive in the NBA G League at the Philadelphia 76ers NBA G League Affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.
