Are you a Peanut Butter Lover? I’ve got a treat for y’all, today I am making Peanut Butter Bread!

Simple and easy Quick Bread recipe that is full of Peanut Butter goodness and only called for 5 Ingredients! Great to serve for Breakfast, Brunch, and for a snack!!! Spread it over some Jelly, Jam, or Preserves and you’ll be in heaven!


1 cup whole milk, room temperature
2 large or extra large eggs, room temperature
2⁄3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 3⁄4 cups self-rising flour

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

Spray a 8x4 inch loaf pan with PAM Baking or Baker’s Joy baking spray with flour (or grease with butter and dusting of flour) and set aside.

In a large bowl using a hand mixer or whisk, add in the peanut butter, eggs, brown sugar, and milk; mix together until well blended. Next gradually add in the flour and continue mixing until well incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven, let the bread rest in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes and then remove the bread from the pan and place on a cake platter to finish cooling. Cut into desired slices and enjoy!
