Makes 5 pop tarts
Macros for 1 pop tart: ~140cal 11p 6c 5f

Ingredients:
For the dough
1 scoop of protein powder I used @ansperformance Vegan chocolate hazenut protein powder (or 1/4 cup flour)
1 tbsp 0-calorie sweetener of choice I used @goodgoodbrand stevia
3 tbsp coconut flour I used @robinhood
1 tbsp psyllium husk I used @rootalive
Pinch of salt
1 egg
3 tbsp yogurt
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp vinegar I used

Filling:
30 gr dark chocolate I used @chocosoltraders 90% cacao symphony
30 gr milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Chocolate Frosting:
2 tbsp low fat cream cheese
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp 0-calorie sweetener of choice I used ANS Perfrmance keto maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C.
2. Make the filling by placing all ingredients in a bowl, and microwave for 45 sec. Or until the chocoate is melted. Mix until well combined, and place in the freezer to set.
3. Make the dough by combining all ingredients in a bowl until a ball of dough is formed. Split the dough in 4 and roll out the individual pieces. Cut off the edges to make them rectangular. Place your filling in half of your dough and fold. Seal the edges with a fork and poke holes on top.
4. Repeat until you run out of dough and filling.
5. Bake the pop tarts for 15-20 min or until the bottoms are golden brown.
6. Meanwhile make the chocolate frosting by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until combined and place in the fridge to set.
7. When the pop tarts are cooked top with your frosting and enjoy!!!
