how does photo synthesis occurs ?
Photosynthesis is the process where plants, algae, and some microorganisms use sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide to create their own food (glucose) and release oxygen as a byproduct. This occurs in two main stages: the light-dependent reactions, which capture light energy to split water molecules, and the light-independent reactions (or Calvin cycle), which use the captured energy to convert carbon dioxide into sugar.
