FIRST: Double/triple-check everything. The information and links supplied are what I used to obtain a visa in the Summer of 20204 for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Make sure that you are going into an intermediate level in Italy. this is at least an A2 level and in some cases a B1 level.

and student’s signature notarized by a
02. POSTAL MONEY ORDER - USPS (check the current fee on the website) pay to: Consulate General of Italy From: your name and last name/your address in full
03. ONE PHOTOGRAPH passport format (2x2”)(Print your full name on the back of the photo)

04. PASSPORT, VALID at least three months beyond the return date to the US
