That an authorised Aprilia dealership and professional mechanical organisation can have such shoddy standards of work AND defend those standards, is truly shocking to me. Just another strong piece of evidence, backing up my theory that the motorcycle industry is very much broken. Quite possibly more so in Germany than anywhere else.
