High blood pressure also increases the risk of central retinal vein occlusion, akin to a stroke in the eye, causing swelling and bleeding, potentially leading to vision loss.
Remember, managing blood pressure is crucial to prevent these eye complications. Make sure you follow your primary care doctor's advice and guidance for keeping your blood pressure under control.
