Need a quick & easy breakfast to help keep you fueled through your morning? We have been overnight oats obsessed! 😍
As an added bonus, this recipe requires minimal effort & prep time, making it a great option if you’re feeling fatigued 💕
For this recipe you’ll need…
🍌1/2 mashed banana
🍌 1/2 cup oats
🍌 3/4 cup soy milk (or milk of choice)
🍌 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
🍌 1 Tbsp crushed walnuts (or nut butter)
🍌 1/4 tsp cinnamon
🍌 1 tsp - Tbsp ground flax (adjust amount based on tolerance)
🍌 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
🍌 A sprinkle of mix ins! Blueberries were used in the recipe above, but any fruit would be great!
Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge over night. Enjoy these cold or warmed up in the microwave the next day!
