hello guys mag luto tayo ngayon ng chicken estofado with saging saba simple but delicious
Ingredients:
3/4 Kilo chicken
3 pcs Saging Saba
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sause
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp magic sarap
pepper corn
bay leaves
garlic
onion
salt and pepper
Put oil in pan saute garlic and onion add chicken cook for 5 minutes. add salt and pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, magic sarap and 1 1/2 water simmer for 15 minutes. lastly saging saba cook for 2mins. done. serve
