Yes, it’s another International Sandwich Sunday and today we’re heading to Mexico for the Cemita Poblana (Chicken Milanesa)! Did I choose this recipe so I could show off my astoundingly mediocre baking skills? No, no I did not. I chose this because it sounds crazy delicious. For my version, I’m using chicken but they’re commonly made with beef or pork as well Also, sorry if the sounds a little wonky as I just got lav mic and am still working on figuring out how to dial it in.
