This is basic 20-minute Mat Pre-Pilates workout designed for people with very limited mobility. It is excellent for the 60+ as well as any aged man or woman who needs a light, easy video to help them get movement into their day. Most of the exercises are done in neutral spine.
All you need is a cushioned mat or soft surface like a carpet with a blanket. Also a folded hand towel and glass of water.
Always check with a physician first and if you feel pain or discomfort please stop.
