Family-friendly hike in the Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg

This short hike leads from Triberg to the most famous waterfalls in Germany. With a total height of 163 m and seven falls, the Triberg waterfalls offer an impressive sight, especially when the snow melts.

Three signposted paths lead from the city to the waterfalls, which can be accessed all year round for an entrance fee. When there is snow and ice, usually only the main path is passable. Parking at the starting point is subject to a fee. Traveling by train is also possible.

From the Asklepios Clinic entrance, the path is barrier-free for wheelchair users (level path to the first platform).
An exceptionally impressive backdrop can be admired as darkness falls: the roaring waters are illuminated until 10 p.m.
