Method
1. Pressure Cook the Mutton:
In a pressure cooker, add mutton, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomato puree, chicken cube, a little salt, and water.
Pressure cook until the mutton pieces are tender. Keep aside.
2. Prepare the Masala:
Heat coconut oil and sunflower oil in a pan.
Add curry leaves and chopped small onions.
Add coarsely ground paste of garlic and green chillies.
Sauté well till the onions turn golden brown.
3. Combine:
Add the cooked mutton masala to the pan. Sauté well.
Add grated coconut and mix again.
Roast the mutton well until it becomes dry and flavorful.
4. Finish:
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves.
