It's performed by Grizfolk and appears during the credits of one of my favorite animated movies "Mr. Peabody & Sherman".

If you really think about it, you can see that the lyrics connect with the story in Mr. Peabody's perspective which,, I personally find pretty fascinating.

[SPOILERS]

For example, the lines

"Memories will fade
If you wanna leave I'll let you go"

refer to the time when Mr. Peabody felt like Sherman was being taken away from him but then Da Vinci was all like in an Italian accent "he's a boy Peabody, let him have his fun. Let him go," and "he's growing up Peabody, like a baby bird leaving the nest. Isn't it wonderful?" And Mr. Peabody was all like "ugh fine🙄🙄"
okay well more like "oh.. :((" but anyways

Another example is; the lines

"And you're on your own
You're not alone
I know I'll see you again, again
And if all these things
Come to an end
We'll always have
A Way Back When"

refer to when Mr. Peabody "died" in Troy which left Sherman and Penny on their own not knowing what to do so they go back to 'past Peabody' which creates a whole mess because there are two Shermen (haha) and so on. But then, Mr. Peabody (the one who "died") always finds a 'Way Back When'. See what I did there? 👉😎👉
