Описание: This video shows what a healthy tibicos- water kefir culture looks like with the grains moving up and down in the brown sugar/water mixture, and the co2 bubbles coming to the top. I try to provide some tips that I have learned in my experimentations. I finally found a drink mixture that I really enjoy and therefore do not have to drink it like a medicine.
