Описание: Chocolate Birthday Cake In Fry Pan
Ingredients
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk

1 cup Whipping Cream, Chilled
3 Tbsp Sugar

Chocolate Sprinkles, for Decoration

Procedure
1. In a bowl combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix and set aside.
2. In another bowl combine egg, sugar and vanilla. Mix. Add evaporated milk and cooking oil. Mix. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well. Divide batter into 3 equal portion.
3. Grease pan with cooking oil. Pour mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Cover and cook over low medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Repeat process until you make 3 layers of cake. Let it cool. Cut edges of the cake.
4. In a bowl combine whipping cream and sugar. Beat using a hand mixer until stiff peak forms. Put whipped cream in a piping bag.
5. Place first layer of the cake in a plate. Brush top of cake with sugar syrup then spread whipping cream on top cake. Repeat process until you make three layers. Cover whole cake with whipped cream. Pipe swirls of whipped cream on top of the cake.
6. Put chocolate sprinkles on the sides and top of the cake. Chill and cut into serving pieces.
