HDFC Life Insurance would be in focus as HDFC Bank may Buy 1.67% stake in HDFC Life from JV Partner ABRDN, which will offer 3.57cr shares via block deals worth Rs 2010cr. The fffer at Rs 563-585/share-discount up to 3.5%.ABRDN likely to have complete exit and HDFC Bank's stake to increase from 48.65% to 50.31%.Sona BLW-Promoters to sell upto 1.9 crore shares or 3.25% Stake worth Rs 950cr, floor price for deal at Rs 500 per share-discount of 7%. Promoters' stake expected to fall from 33% to 29.75%. Street expects largely the absorption of shares is completed for both deals.
