We put $20-plus tins up against the cheap stuff and challenged Canned Fish Files’ Matthew Carlson and Wirecutter’s Katie Quinn to guess the spendy fish — with the oversight of genuine seafood-in-a-can expert Marguerite Preston, who has already tasted more than 100 tins of fish in the name of Wirecutter testing.
