Ingredients:
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• Milk (as needed)
Method:
1. In a bowl, add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp instant yeast, and 1 tsp salt. Mix well.
2. Gradually add milk and knead to form a soft dough.
3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 2–3 hours or overnight.
4. After resting, divide the dough into small portions and shape into balls.
5. Roll each ball into a round naan.
6. Cook the naan on a hot skillet/tawa until cooked on both sides.
