This video we (Me, Tobben, and Lisa, Ric’s wife) inform what Ric wanted.

There will now come new material and we are also working to publish old never before seen material from Ric.

I can never replace Ric and I have no intention to do so. My intention is to learn how this YT-thingy works and share what me and Ric love: being outdoors, making things and inspire others. And by doing so honoring Ric.

When I am in the woods I can always feel Ric´s presence and he is walways with me in spirit.

This video is more of a test, a starting point and have a lot of things to work on.

The next short videos you will see me making equipment, preparing for trips and later there will be longer videos of the trips.

Who am I?
I am a swede who really enjoy being in the woods, camping, paddling, crafting and so on. I live in a cabin, It is not in the middle of nowhere but it has that feeling to it. It has no indoor water and an outhouse. Which is heated with a couple of stoves. But I have electricity which for me is a luxury.

My whole life I have been out in the nature, my parents brought me out from when I was just a couple of month old. When I was 5 years old my family moved to the countryside.

I have never labeled what I am doing. When I was describing what I was doing, someone told me that I was doing bushcraft I looked it up and yeah, there are a lot of similarities. So now I say I am doing outdoors things and bushcraft.

You will get to know me more through in the videos and I am looking forward sharing knowledge, experience and moments with you!

"My name is Tobben and I was a friend of Ric. As many of you know, Ric was a very private man. So, when he called me and needed my help I knew it was important. I more or less jumped in the car and went to him. He told me that he was ill, but we did not know then how fast it would get worse. He said it was his will that me and his wife keep the channel going and me to produce new material on it. It was with honor and a heavy heart I accepted the request. Ric and I planned to get me started with my own YouTube channel, so we had discussed on how to make videos and storyboards and so on. We had the same ideas and mindset on what we liked. We had many ideas on what to make and I will make those ideas come true. Ric got ill much faster than anyone could foresee and passed. It left us with great sorrow, and it has been really hard for me to start making content after I made the memorial video. But now I am starting recording and I hope for your support for me to honor Ric and keep his legacy going and his channel alive and prosper. I will publish a number of videos of me preparing and making things for upcoming trips. Later I will release a video of me making does trips and you will follow me into the deep forests and nature of Sweden. Upcoming videos are paddlemaking and canoetrip. Me and Lisa is working on to get unpublished material published in the future. Ric had a lot of raw footage. "
