Although it is not clear why we call it Isaac toast, it is very clear that Isaac toast is a very sweet and delicious sandwich that many young people enjoy in Korea: It is affordable and tasty. Ingredients:
Sugar 5 tbsp;
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp;
Honey (or corn syrup) 1 tbsp;
Starch powder 1.5 tsp;
Water 70g;
1 egg yolk and 2 eggs;
Canned corn 1tbsp;
Bit of salt and pepper;
Cabbage 100g;
1/2 pickle;
Cheddar cheese (1 slice);
Ham (1 slice);
2 American sandwich breads;
Cooking oil; and
Bit of butter.
