We take a POV ride on 3x long KONE escalators (TransitMaster140 in their newer facelifted design) at the Kaitaa Metro station in Helsinki, Finland. This is another beautiful station on the line’s Lansimetro Extension - at the moment just 1 exit side is open here but there is space for the other to be used when the station becomes busier in future. Stay tuned for more - every station on this new extension will be coming (as long as it was open by my visit in very early 2024)…
** We also watch an M300 train depart the station at the beginning and another one arriving at the end which I boarded after.
