In the third episode of "Where's Matsu’s County Chief Taking Us," Andrew Ryan visits the tiny village of Qinbi to find out how a deserted fishing town became one of Matsu's hottest travel destinations.

[Taiwan’s Mayors and County Chiefs]
The heads of local government in Taiwan comprise 13 county chiefs, six mayors of special municipalities (Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung) and three mayors of provincial cities. These elected officials serve a maximum four-year term, and can be re-elected for one additional term. The first episodes of the series aired prior to local elections in 2022.
