Описание: Treating acne and eczema-prone skin together can be tricky, but it’s possible! I recommend sticking with gentle products that will support your skin’s moisture barrier. Look for ingredients like ceramides, niacinamide, and oat in your cleansers or moisturizers. Hypochlorous acid is often used as anti-inflammatory agent in both eczema and acne.

If you have active eczema, avoid ingredients that can be harsh like salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and retinoids. It might be okay if the eczema is not flaring. Also be sure to talk to your #dermatologist to see if oral medication could be a good option for you.
