4 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop green chillies
1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
salt to taste
1 tsp aromate powder
.500 ml oil for frying
chop onion
chop capcicum
1 tbsp chilli sauce/chilli paste/Schezwan sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
