I N G R E D I E N T S :
4 or 5 Medium Sized Chopped Onions
2- 3 Pounds of Lamb
Pure 100% Vegetable Oil
5 Cloves of Garlic - Grated
Ginger - Grated
4-5 Leaves of Bay Leaf
4-5 Cardamom Seeds
2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
1tspn of Mix Curry Powder
1tspn of Madras Curry Powder
1tsp of Jeera Powder
2tspn of Rajah Chilli Powder
1/2tspn of Turmeric Powder
Fresh Coriander
You may add anything you wish into the curry and change it up however you want this is just how I cook and shared it with you all!
