I believe a glow up is simply a decision to step in to a new version of yourself and make new choices that align with the you you want to see, every day.

The commitment is real and the faith needs to be unwavering for this to really work.
We CANNOT allow ourselves to fall back into the patterns of our old selves that keep us ‘safe’ and small.

Here we have come to the gate of possibility. We are willing and aware. Building a life we could have only dreamed of right now, in the present moment. We are making the shift with each conscious breath.
