For folks who are watching at home, this is all the art from the "Extras" section in-game (though obviously not all of the concept art that ever existed). I didn't see a video like this on YouTube so I just recorded one myself!
I skipped through it pretty quickly to make the video shorter and thee task less tedious for myself, but if you're watching on a computer you can hit the space bar to pause the video, and press the comma (,) and period (.) to move back and forth between frames - so it's hopefully not too difficult to let it run by the stuff that doesn't interest you and stop it when it does.
