Описание: A day at the Guindy National Children's Park, Chennai's Hidden Gem

Guindy Children's Park is situated in the heart of Chennai, the park occupies 22 acres of land and was inaugurated on 14 August 1959 by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the then Prime Minister of India. Open between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm. Entry ticket is Rs.50 for Adults.

Mammals include Jackal, Palm Civet, Porcupine, Barking Deer, Sambar Deer, Black Buck and Spotted Deer. Birds like Grey Pelican, Painted Stork, White Ibis, Grey Heron, Spoonbill, Night Heron, Bengal Vulture, Pigeon, Great Horned Owl and Barn Owl. Reptiles such as venomous snakes, crocodiles and tortoises are also under display. There is a VR show too.
Now it is renowated and has better look. Mostly families visit this place during weekends and hence it will be crowded.
