Night-time visuals captured just kilometres from the Supreme Court show banned construction activity continuing unchecked, with cement mixers, RMC plants, tractors and JCBs operating under cover of darkness. Polluting trucks, including BS-4 vehicles, were also seen freely moving across Delhi despite strict bans.
