Stellar is in the midst of a major business shift. They still focus on the P2P micropayments, but the business behind the coin has made some pretty dramatic changes - including the launch of a Decentralized Exchange (like WAVES and others) specifically targeting ICOs.

Is this the catalyst that launches the Lumen Coin to the moon? (We doubt it's coincidence that their logo is a rocket!)
