In this video we'll be talking about some tips to Build your GLUTES as well as some behind the scenes footage of my clothing brand YONDIT

These were the tips discussed in the video:
✅ Make sure you activate your glutes during movements (ensure you can feel the muscle working)
✅ Make sure you're getting enough calories (eat in a maintenance or surplus)
✅ Make sure you get adequate rest (seperate leg / glute workouts by 2-3 days rest at a minimum)
This was the workout from the video:
1. Leg Curl 20,15,12,10
2. Hip Thrust 20,15,12,10
3a. Step Up 3x10 each leg
3b. Bulgarian Split Squat 3xMAX (Bodyweight)
4. Hip Abduction Machine 3x20
5. Straddle Squat 3x20
