2 bowl of kulad dal
Add 2 glass of water to boil the dal
Add 1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon turmeric
5-6 Clove
4- Cardamom
2 tablespoon mustard oil
After adding all these ingredients switch on the gas and boil the dal for 30 min in low flame.
After the dal is boiled properly, chopp 2 medium sized onion, 1 medium size garlic, 1 inch of ginger, and 1 big tomato.
Now fry the dal by adding oil and the above ingredients.
