1. Make sure that you dry roast all the ingredients on medium flame and stir continuously.
2. We will suggest you to use coarsely grounded wheat flour to get perfect texture.

POHA 3/4 CUP पोहा
SUGAR/CHINI BURA 4 TBSP चीनी
CLARIFIED BUTTER/DESI GHEE 6 TBSP घी
ALMONDS (CHOPPED) 1 TBSP बादाम
CASHEW (CHOPPED) 1 TBSP काजू
MUSKMELON SEEDS 1 TBSP खरबूजा बीज
GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER 1 TSP हरी इलायची
