Step 1: Ground Zero Registration

We start from the roots — our coordinators in every village, town, and city work on the ground. They identify real, deserving students and help them fill the official Rosemine registration form for counselling.

Step 2: Real Career Counselling

Every student then undergoes a minimum 2-hour counselling session, conducted online or offline by National Career Counsellor Mr. Awais Amber himself — the Founder & Chairman of Rosemine Trust.

🧭 Students are guided based on:
• Their academic background
• Career goals
• Financial situation
• Family understanding
• Interest and skill level

No random courses. Only vision-based education planning.

Step 3: Final College Allotment via ERP

After counselling, students are allotted seats in top government-affiliated institutions via our centralized ERP system, fully tracked and recorded. No third-party. No agents. No hidden cost.

Rosemine directly partners with colleges and sends students only after document verification and eligibility confirmation.

Step 4: Induction & Orientation

We don’t stop after allotment. We organize induction sessions where the student and their family get to:
• Meet the college chairman
• Talk to the founder members
• Get introduced to the campus and facilities
• Attend motivational sessions with Mr. Awais Amber

Step 5: Final College Reporting

The final step is physical reporting of students to their chosen college. Our team accompanies students, ensures proper onboarding, hostel arrangement, and handover to the college.
